Zesty Lemon Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp lemon zest
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp ground turmeric
Pinch salt
¼ cup chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a meal prep jar, seal and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy for up to 7 days.
