hi, I’m Kate!

I’m the friend you can always count on for delicious recipes that support your gut health and wellness. I’ll also share with you my tips and tricks to fuel your best self with minimal time spent in the kitchen. My recipes are straightforward, always satiating and most importantly, are designed to keep your digestive tract and microbiome balanced and aligned.


My experience started at the Institute for Culinary Education where my focus was Health Supportive Culinary Arts. I was schooled in international flavors, spa cooking, and Ayurvedic cuisine and learned the importance of quality, fresh, organic ingredients. I continued to work in several esteemed kitchens in New York after graduation and owe most of my meal prep ideas to those hours spent prepping for dinner service. I break these concepts down and teach you how to prep your own ingredients at home so your meals come together quickly and seamlessly.
