Siracha Glazed Meatballs

This is the perfect meal prep/ leftover recipe to have on hand for a dinner that’s ready to go as soon as the noodles are.

INGREDIENTS
Store-bought, grass-fed, ground beef meatballs
Fettuccini Miracle Noodles (Or whatever noodle you prefer)

For the sauce:
¼ cup sriracha hot sauce
3 tbsp tamari
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

While the meatballs are baking, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix it together. Once meatballs are cooked through, remove them from the oven and let them cool. Then place them in an airtight container with the sauce and refrigerate them until use.

When you’re ready to serve, rinse miracle noodles and then plate them with meatballs on top. Microwave for a minute and a half and serve.
