Who doesn’t love a sheet pan meal?

INGREDIENTS
Cod filets
Shishito peppers
Salsa Roja

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the cod filets on a parchment paper lined sheet pan and season to taste. Add Shishito peppers to the sheet pan as well, and top all generously with the salsa roja (recipe on my page). Bake for 15 - 18 mins, flipping the shishitos halfway.
