Rosemary Ginger Margarita

If you make a batch of the simple syrup this healthy-ish rosemary ginger margarita comes together in seconds.

INGREDIENTS
3 oz tequila
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tbsp rosemary ginger simple syrup (below)
Splash club soda

For the Rosemary Ginger Simple Syrup:
½ cup coconut sugar or Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
1/2 cup Water
1” fresh ginger (chopped)
1 large sprig of fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS
For the simple syrup, combine ingredients in a small saucepot and bring to a boil. Once boiling turn the heat off and let sit for 30 mins for the flavors to infuse. Strain into a jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
