Raw salad

1 piece of equipment, lots of raw, gut-healthy ingredients = very tasty salad!

INGREDIENTS
¼ head purple cabbage
½ cucumber
2 stalks celery

Run these ingredients through the food processor

For the dressing:
Handful of basil
Handful of spinach
Shallot
Olive oil
Splash of white balsamic vinegar
Squidge of dijon
Juice of 1 lemon
Drizzle of honey
Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Process all, combine with salad ingredients, plate, and top with some pistachios.
