Pumpkin spice energy bites

If you haven't tried these energy bites out yet, you must! A staple snack recipe. They’re plant-based, gluten-free, super nutritious, and of course, delicious. Meal prep a big batch this week and freeze or refrigerate for later.

INGREDIENTS
15 Medjool dates, pitted
1 C Cashews, raw
1/2 C Almonds, raw
2 T Ground flaxseed
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/4 t Cloves
1 t Vanilla
1/2 t Salt

DIRECTIONS
Add almonds and cashews to food processor and briefly pulse until nuts are in large pieces. Remove lid and add the remaining ingredients. Process again until a dough starts to form. Form the dough into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
