Peanut butter chocolate chip energy bites
If you haven't tried these energy bites out yet, you must! A staple snack recipe. They’re plant-based, gluten-free, super nutritious, and of course, delicious. Meal prep a big batch this week and freeze or refrigerate for later.
INGREDIENTS
1 C Rolled oats
1/2 C Nut butter
1/4 C Organic maple syrup
1/2 C Chocolate chips
1T Flax seeds
1T Ground flaxseed
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Mix all, scoop onto parchment paper lined sheet pan. Chill for 20-30 mins. Hand roll once mixture has set and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
