Nut Butter Stuffed Pitted Medjool Dates + Coconut Chips

This is a dessert you can whip up in 10 minutes that’s pretty healthy-ish! No dairy, gluten, or added sugars. Yet it’s still super sweet, decadent, and KID-approved! I’m always inspired by @dadaeats to eat dates when my sweet tooth kicks in!

INGREDIENTS
Medjool dates
Nut butter
Chocolate
Coconut chips

DIRECTIONS
Start by pitting the juiciest Medjool dates you can find. Stuff them with your favorite nut butter, drizzle in melted chocolate, and dip in unsweetened coconut chips. That’s it! Enjoy!
