Miso marinated black cod

INGREDIENTS
2 large heads of bok choy
2 filets of black cod
1 cup vegetable broth

For the marinade:
⅓ cup tamari
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS
Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over cod in a ziplock bag. Refrigerate overnight or for up to 3 days (this is a great step to do as a part of your weekly meal prep.)
