High Protein Salad

This super tasty lil’ number you’re looking at is inspired by a recipe by @kat_can_cook. Apparently, it’s the Kardashian’s favorite salad from La Scala. Sorry friends, my copycat super simple version doesn’t have cheese, but you won’t miss it, I promise. This salad will keep you full for hours due to all the protein! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Red onion, chopped
Chorizo, cubed
Cannellini beans

For the dressing:
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
