Harissa almond Dip

This almond dip is easy! The harissa and lime add a wonderful unexpected kick to the dip. Make this now!

INGREDIENTS
1½ cup soaked almonds
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp harissa
3 whole scallions
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of mint
Triple glug of olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Blitz all in the blender and enjoy!
