Green goddess wrap
This healthy dip is inspired by a recipe by Baked by Melissa and is perfect for eating with chips or smearing on a wrap! Feel free to improvise with whatever you have on hand.
INGREDIENTS
1 head green cabbage
1 cucumber
¼ cup chives
1 bundle green onions
For the dressing:
1 cup basil leaves
1 cup spinach
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
Juice of 2 lemons
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup walnuts or pine nuts
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Finely chop (or food process) salad ingredients. Separately, blend dressing ingredients. Mix well!
