Grain Free lunch Wrap

INGREDIENTS
Siete foods grain-free almond flour wrap
Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Mayo
Arugula
Hard-boiled egg
Avocado smash

DIRECTIONS
For best results with the wraps, heat them over a medium-high skillet for a few seconds on each side. This will make them pliable enough to fold. Alternatively, you could also heat them in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.

While your skillet is heating up, prep the other ingredients. Mash the hard-boiled egg with a fork, and separately, mash the avocado with a drizzle of olive oil and a little bit of salt. Once the wrap has been heated and is soft enough to fold, make a cut from the center of the wrap to the outside (essentially a radius). Slather a little bit of the mayo on 1/4 of the wrap, place the arugula on another 1/4, the hard-boiled egg on another 1/4, and finish with the avocado mash. Finally, fold the quarters into a cone shape and give it a nice press to keep all the ingredients contained.
