weeknight fish tacos
INGREDIENTS
Flaky white fish
Olive oil, divided
Dry rub seasoning
Fresh lemon or lime juice
Broccoli slaw
Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo
Water
Salsa verde
Grain-free tortilla shells
Cilantro
DIRECTIONS
Pat fish dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil, season with dry rub and salt. Bake 15 mins at 400.
Mix 2T mayo with a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of water. Incorporate into slaw.
Flake fish, add fresh lemon, and taste for seasoning. Build tacos, add slaw to plate, and top with salsa verde and some fresh chopped cilantro.
