Favorite Fall Smoothie
Don’t sleep on the cinnamon! Not only is it the quintessential fall flavor, but it also contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects and has prebiotic properties that may improve gut health too.
I try to prep these a few at a time on the weekends so I can grab and go throughout the week. This particular smoothie was a meal for me so it’s loaded up!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Spinach, packed
1 cup Riced cauliflower, frozen
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Organic Peanut Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 Scoop of Vanilla protein powder
Pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla
Coconut water / Almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Blend until desired consistency and add coconut water and/or almond milk as needed. I do about half of each.
