Coffee Date Smoothie
It tastes like a frappuccino. And it’s vegan.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ frozen bananas
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon almond butter
¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
¼ cup brewed coffee (let cool before adding)
Dash cinnamon, plus more for topping
Vegan coconut whipped cream, for topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. Top with vegan coconut whip if desired, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
