Christmas in a cup smoothie
Cranberries are one of those excellent ingredients for our overall health but they’re not super palatable on their own.
What do we do with those? Toss them into a smoothie! You’ll get the benefits of a high nutrient superfood, a lower risk of urinary tract infection (UTI), and possible cancer prevention.
With a dash of cinnamon, you may also summon the holiday feels!
INGREDIENTS
1 Zucchini, peeled and seeds removed
1/2 cup Frozen Cranberries
Handful of Spinach
1 Date, pit removed
1 tbsp Flaxseed
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Dash of Cinnamon
2 cups Almond Milk
DIRECTIONS
If you’re meal prepping these, add all the solid ingredients to a mason jar and freeze. When you’re ready to enjoy, dump the contents into a high-speed blender, add the almond milk, and blitz!
