No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars (GF & V)

This is a dessert that can be made with a few ingredients in a pinch. The hardest part is waiting the 20 mins for them to freeze! They are surprisingly vegan and gluten-free as well.

INGREDIENTS
For the bars:
1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup almond flour

For the topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut butter

DIRECTIONS
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Combine all bar ingredients then press into the lined pan.

Microwave chocolate chips and coconut butter for a minute; stirring in 20-second increments. Drizzle over the bars and smooth. Freeze for 20 mins. 

Remove and cut. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
