Chocolate Drizzled Blueberry Clusters

My new favorite healthy-ish summer snack, thanks to some inspo by Well By Kelly.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Hu chocolate gems or chips
1 tbsp coconut butter
2 cups blueberries
Flaky salt

DIRECTIONS
Melt chocolate and coconut butter in a double boiler (or in the microwave in increments of 15-30 seconds). Toss blueberries on a parchment paper lined tray and drizzle with chocolate. Top with flaky salt. Freeze on a sheet pan for 30 mins and then break apart in clusters and store in an air-tight container after that.
