Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Muffins

Gluten Free–Kid Approved–Chocolate Banana Muffins!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat the eggs, monk fruit sweetener, almond butter, and vanilla until well mixed. Add bananas. Mix in almond flour, cacao powder, and baking powder. Fold chocolate chips into the batter. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin and fill each one with the batter almost all of the way. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top then bake in the oven for about 20 mins.

Check to make sure that the muffins are done by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean, muffins are done.
