Grain Free Cauli Tabbouleh
INGREDIENTS
1 large head cauliflower
1 cup parsley
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup capers
1 tbsp garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mint
1/3 cup green onions
1/2 cup olives
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Pulse all in a food processor and combine. Serve with smoked salmon on a nori sheet and enjoy
