Breakfast Burrito

You know me, I will wrap just anything in a grain-free tortilla! They’re especially handy when you’re craving a breakfast burrito.

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of ham or turkey
Olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
Sauce of choice
@sietefoods burrito size almond flour tortilla

DIRECTIONS
Put a quick sear on each side of the ham, then remove it from the pan. Add a few turns of olive oil to that same pan and cook the eggs, omelet style.

Heat a larger skillet and warm the tortilla on each side for about 20 seconds (this will soften it up and make it pliable).

Finally, cut a radius into the tortilla, add sauce and egg/ham and wrap it up.
