Asian-inspired julienned salad w/ miso ginger dressing
Both miso and ginger are phenomenal gut health supporters and have great digestive properties too. They’re paired here and have an Asian-inspired flavor that satiates the palate and the belly.
INGREDIENTS
Cabbage, shredded
Cucumber, julienned
Carrots, julienned
Brussels sprouts, shaved
For the dressing:
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1” knob ginger
¼ cup toasted sesame oil
For the garnish:
Cilantro, chopped
Peanuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Blend dressing ingredients and toss with the salad. Top with garnish of choice.
