Air-Fried Avocado, Eggs + Proscuitto

A quick, hearty breakfast made in the air fryer! We love that!

INGREDIENTS
2 Avocados
4 Eggs
Prosciutto
Aleppo Pepper
Fresh herbs

DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed and some additional flesh. Season the avocado, add a couple slices of prosciutto, and air fry for 10-15 mins, depending on how well you like your eggs cooked. Top with herbs and Aleppo pepper.

*Note: You can also use the scooped-out flesh to make avocado fries. In an assembly line manner, dredge the slices in almond flour, then egg wash, and finally, my favorite @aleias gluten-free panko crumbs. Air fry for 7 mins, flipping halfway.
